Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation and Return Conditions
Returns
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for special items, sale items, or gift cards unless the wrong style or color was sent to the customer's address.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return for the reasons listed above.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your items may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess and correct the issue.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific product, please contact us.
Repeatedly, we cannot accept returns for special items, discounted items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you already have and make a separate purchase for the new item after the return is accepted.
European Union 3-Day Cancellation Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, without giving any reason or justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
