Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation Return Conditions
Return
All Sales Are Final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special items, clearance items or gift cards unless the wrong style or color was sent to the customer's address.
We have a 14 day return policy , which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for the reasons stated above only .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request first will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your items may take longer than expected.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific product, please contact us.
Again, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on specialty items, sale items or gift cards.
Stock Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 3-day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without giving any reason and without giving any justification.
As noted above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
